I read your note about Murl Huffman.
That is amazing that he still substitute teaches. When we first moved to South
Carolina, I was substitute teaching here. They need teachers very badly, but
the pay is very low.
I am an account executive
for Time Warner Cable TV now. I miss Ohio very much. My daughter and son-in-law
moved here also, so both my grandchildren are here. My son lives here when he is not traveling in his job. If there was
any way at all I could come to our reunion, I would love to, however,it is 700
miles one way, I would need at least 4 days to make the trip. I have to rest up
between coming and going,,,,,not as young and agile as I used to be!!! I was
lucky enough to be at Down the Pike at the last reunion, I didn't even know
about the reunion, my sisters and our families and my mother and I were just
there for dinner. Please feel free to post this in the info department, I love
reading about everyone else. I think about Sandy Miller very often. I think I
saw her in one of the pictures from a previous reunion, but I am not sure.
Tell the class I said
"hello" and I hope all of you have a great time.
Sincerely,
Brenda Taylor Ashley
