COOPER, Mildred L. age 89 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012. She was born January 1, 1923 in Somerset, Kentucky, the daughter of the late James & Mary Francis (Shoopman) Taylor. Mrs. Cooper was retired from Tool Service with 35 years of service, a member of Jacob Eby O.E.S. #571, the Dayton Chapter of POW/MIA, and First Baptist Church of West Carrollton. Preceded in death by her husband Earl B. Cooper, and 3 brothers. She is survived by her 2 sons Robert E. Cooper and wife Lynda of Miamisburg, Charles R. Cooper and wife Vicki of West Carrollton, 2 sisters Mary Francis Hammond of Dayton, Josephine Litvinas of Virginia, 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 0:00 a.m. from the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton. Rev. Mark Scroggins officiating. Burial Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
