DENNY, Virginia M. age 86 of Miamisburg passed away on Monday 
July 21, 2008 at Sycamore Glen Health Center. Virginia was born in 
Huntington, W.V. on November 28, 1921 to the late Homer G. and 
Flora (Hale) Masterson. Virginia was retired from Inland Mfg., Division 
of General Motors with more than 29 years of service. Memberships 
included the 25 Year Club at Inland and the Moraine Senior Citizens. 
She is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law Richard and Leila 
Denny of Germantown, Gary and Sylvia Denny of Grove City, OH., 
daughter and son-in-law Cheryl and Michael Marsh of Miamisburg, 7 
grandchildren Todd Marsh, Tony Denny, Brian Marsh, Rick Denny, 
Mark Denny, Paul Denny and Lori Denny-Herman and 10 great- 
grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday July 24, 2008 at 
11:00 a.m. at Miami Shores Baptist Church, 4000 Vance Rd., Moraine 
with Pastor Doug Surber officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland
 Cemetery, Dayton. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 10-11:00 a.m. 
at the church (1 hour prior to services). Memorial contributions may be 
made to the American Diabetes Assoc. or American Heart Fund.
