BOOKHAMER, Edith V. age 81, passed May 24, 2006 at Dayton 
Heart Hospital. Her body will be donated to Wright State University as 
an Anatomical Gift for Study. She was a member of Judson Baptist Church 
in West Carrollton. She was born in Gadsden AL. She was preceded in 
death by Roxie Bradley and James Bradley of Gadsden AL., Robert 
Bookhamer of Dayton, OH, son Dennis J. Hammonds of Columbus, 
grandson Dennis J. Hammonds II. She is survived by daughter Judie 
Kell of Kettering, son, R. Kenneth Hammonds of Dayton, grandson, 
Kenny Hammonds and Joseph Kell and granddaughter Clarissa Hammonds 
of Dayton, son-in-law Bill Kell and sisters, Dottie Westmoreland and Betty 
Miller of Gadsden AL. Memorial services will be Thursday June 1, 2006 at 
1:00 at Judson Baptist Church, 3150 Alex Bell Rd., West Carrollton. Harpist 
Bobbie Strobhar will accompany the service. Refreshments will be served 
in mothers honor.
