GARMAN, Norma Jean (Kastner) age 84, passed away on May 24, 2009 at the St. 
Marys Living Center in St. Marys, Ohio. Norma is survived by her husband of 35 years: 
Paul Garman; three sons and daughters-in-law: Ronald (Danella) Kastner, Roger 
Kastner, James Keith (Brenda) Kastner; three grandchildren: Scott (Theresa) Kastner, 
Lisa (Miles) Back, Missy (Todd) Carter; five great grandchildren: Brendon & Amanda 
Back, Dylan, Dakota & Cassidy Carter; numerous step children, step grandchildren, 
step great grandchildren; sister: Doris Daniel; brother: Billy (Donna) Haught; and 
numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. She was preceded in 
death by her first husband: Robert Kastner; parents: William & Ethel Haught; brother: 
Jimmy Haught; and sister: Joan Essinger. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. 
on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 
Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Pastor Doug Surber officiating. Interment will follow 
the service at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. The family will receive friends 
at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 P.M. until time of services. To send the
